W.K. Crichton Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board & Director
Mr. Clarke is the CEO, Chairman of the Board and a Director of WPC Resources Inc. He is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of TTM Resources Inc. Mr. Clarke spent 12 years with the Royal Bank of Canada and eight years in the investment business. He is currently involved with a number of private companies in BC and Alberta which are involved in investments in real estate, securities, car wash businesses and various other investment activities. Mr. Clarke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
Allan Fabbro, President & Director
Mr. Fabbro, the President and a Director of the company, is also the President and a Director of American Consolidated Minerals Corp. Mr. Fabbro has over 30 years of experience in both the finance and mining industries. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Fabbro headed the retail trading department of Yorkton Securities, followed by six years with Yorkton’s Natural Resources Group. Most recently and for the past ten years, Mr. Fabbro was an investment advisor with Canaccord Capital, specializing in the natural resource sector. He recently left Canaccord Capital to pursue opportunities in the public sector.
John Zimmerman, Director
Mr. Zimmerman graduated with M.Sc Geology from University of Arizonain 1983 and has over 30 years active exploration experience inGreat Basin,Carlin gold, and porphyry moly. He has previously worked with Gold Fields, Newmont -Carlin Trend, Invenio, and Majestic and has previously managedWestern USprecious metals exploration for BHP.
Don Merrick, Director
Dr. Merrick graduated with a B.Sc Geology from Idaho State University in 1977 and has over 30 years active exploration experience in theGreat Basin. He has toured and studied all the major gold mines ofNevada. And most recently, discovered/recommended over a two million oz gold deposit during his tenure as VP Exploration for Gateway Gold Corp.
Michele Pillon, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Pillon is the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She is also currently the Chief Financial Officer of TTM Resources Inc., Remington Resources Inc. and GMV Minerals Inc. Ms. Pillon is an accountant with several years experience in the junior mining exploration sector, providing accounting and regulatory assistance to multiple public companies. Ms. Pillon has been a director and officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Warren Robb (P. Geo.), Senior Vice President Exploration
Mr. Robb is the company’s Senior Vice President of Exploration. He is also the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of TTM Resources Inc. Mr. Robb graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and brings to the company over 20 years of exploration experience in Canada and internationally. Mr. Robb has worked for both senior and junior mining companies and has extensive operational and drill program management experience ranging from small preliminary testing to expansive programs for ore reserve definition to mining operations. Mr. Robb has experience in a variety of mineral deposit types, including porphyry copper-gold, epithermal and mesothermal gold vein systems, volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits, skarn deposits, diamond bearing Kimberlites and diamond bearing alluvial gravels. Mr. Robb has managed exploration programs for precious and base metals throughout Canada, the United States, China, Africa and South America.
Wesley Raven (P. Geo.), Vice President Exploration
Mr. Raven is the company’s Vice President of Exploration and he is also the Vice President of Exploration for TTM Resources Inc. He is a professional geologist who graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1983 and has over 25 years of exploration experience in Canada and internationally. Mr. Raven has worked for both senior and junior mining companies and has extensive drill program management from small preliminary testing to expansive programs for ore reserve definition. Mr. Raven has experience in a variety of mineral deposit types, including porphyry copper-gold, magmatic nickel-copper, epithermal and mesothermal gold vein systems, volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits, skarn deposits and carbonate-hosted base metals. Mr. Raven has managed exploration programs for precious and base metals throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, Africa and South America.
Jill Neff, Corporate Secretary
Mrs. Neff is the company’s Corporate Secretary. She is also the Corporate Secretary of TTM Resources Inc. Mrs. Neff is a paralegal with several years of experience in corporate and securities law. Over the past five years, she has worked for various Canadian law firms, specializing in both securities and corporate law.
Dr. William Petrick, Advisory Board
Dr. Petrick completed his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1984. He has over 30 years experience in the Great Basin, and has done 3D imaging on both Toiyabe and ZPG Projects.
